The
City of Garden City is proud to announce the
location and plans for our new City Hall and Town
Center. Located centrally at the intersection of
Interstate 16 and Dean Forest Road, our new municipal
complex will be home to our City Hall, Town Green, and
many exciting retail and residential opportunities. We
look forward to better serving our residents and
visitors, as well as positively impacting the
surrounding community, through our new Town Center.

Resident Survey
The City of Garden City
is currently undertaking its first ever independent
comprehensive plan. A comprehensive plan is a mechanism
for our city to plan for its future growth and
development in a way that is most beneficial and
considerate to our goals for what we want our city to
become. This plan will allow Garden City to effectively
implement smart growth strategies through zoning,
policies, and community involvement. This is an exciting
and important opportunity for our city. Please take time
to familiarize yourself with the current documents in
the plan, and to understand the current state of our
community. More information and opportunities for
involvement in the process will be announced soon. If
